[MyTuneBD.Com] Is it really evil to used a real press Id without being a Journalist?

Hi Chaps,

I'm not sure if this is ok:

I bought a strange paper on ebay, a "historical press Id"?!?

I Emailed a scan of it to a few promoter, most ignored me but one put me on a press list.
What worries me: How illegal is this? Can I get into serious trouble or is this a peccadillo?
